Girls Soccer Banquet Success
The girls soccer banquet last night was a success. We had an extremely good turn out and was able to celebrate another season of Tattnall girls soccer.
As well as recognizing the b-team & varsity soccer teams, some other notable awards presented where as follows:
Academic Award: Shelley Green & Allison Hinson
Trojan Challenge Winner: Jessica Cheek
Golden Boot Award: Kasey Mosely
Defensive MVP: Sarah Hoppel
Coaches Award: Haley Leaptrot
GISA AAA All-Region: Shelley Green & Jessica Cheek

Girls Soccer Banquet - Tuesday, May 18th
The Girls soccer banquet will be this Tuesday, May 18th @ 6pm.
We will now be catering the event & thus have moved the location of the dinner @ 6pm to the lunchroom. Following the dinner we will proceed to Trojan hall for the awards ceremony.
The dinner will be $8 per person. Money can be turned into Mrs Cheek in the office or pay on the night to Denise Leaptrot. All players meals will be covered by the soccer booster club.
Appropriate attire for the evening will be Sunday church dress.
Bring your family as we celebrate another year of Tattnall Girls Soccer.

Are you looking for a great opportunity to celebrate and embrace soccer this summer during the
2010 FIFA Soccer World Cup? If so, I hope you will join us for our 2nd Middle GA Summer of
6v6 soccer in Macon. Six-v-Six is a great skill developer, requires fewer players to form a team,
keep all players in soccer shape and is a great way to have some fun while staying competitive
and playing soccer outside your high school season. For more information, e-mail me at

Location: Macon Soccer Complex –4510 Raley Road –Macon 31206.
Dates: May 31st thru July 21st
Monday and Wednesday nights –matches begin at 6:00pm
Season ending championship tournament –Monday 19th and Thursday 21st
Divisions: Boys Varsity - Recommended for experienced male high school varsity players
(Age 15 –18 as of July 30th, 2010)
Boys JV –Recommended for male middle school or JV players (ages 12 –14 as
of July 30th, 2010)
Girls Varsity –Recommended for experienced female high school varsity players
(Age 15 –18 as of July 30th, 2010)
Girls JV –Recommended for female middle school or JV players (ages 12 –14 as
of July 30th, 2010)
* If a player does not fall under the age brackets listed above but wants to participate, please
contact the League Director.
Format: Two 25-minute halves on 60’ X 40’ outdoor fields.
Teams: Each team can have a maximum of 10 players on the roster. If a player doesn’t
have a team and wants to participate, please contact League Director for team
placement.
T-shirts: Each team will be provided with a distinctive 6v6 Color T-shirt
Entry Fee: $350 per team –due in full by Wednesday, May 21st
We cannot guarantee your team a place in the league if entry fee is not paid by
May 21st. No teams will be placed on the schedule or allowed to play unless
their fee is paid in full (no exceptions).
Deadline: Wednesday, May 21st

Game V FPD changed due to bad weather
The game today Vs FPD has been changed due to bad weather. The game will now be played tomorrow, Tuesday 4th May @ FPD 5pm.
GISA 1st Round State Playoffs Announced
Saturday, May 8th Tattnall will be playing @ Westminster in the 1st round of the GISA state playoffs. Kick-off is set for 5pm.
